Claim: In order to better African American Communities, the education systems need to improve and the poverty level needs to be reduced.
Objectives: The purpose of this website is to make Americans more aware of the issues that are occurring in black communities in America.
Goals: The goals for this website are to try and help improve the educations systems, poverty issues, and to reduce the amount of violence that occur in predominately black communities.
Audience: I will be addressing America as a whole as my audience because we all need to come together and help other Americans who are in need of assistance.
